The Cook Islands Seafarers Registry is maintained through an online system which uses modern QR code technology to authenticate, validate and verify all Cook Islands certification issued.
For instant verification of any seafarer documentation issued through the Cook Islands Seafarers Registry: Cook Islands Certificates of Endorsement, Cook Islands Certificates of Competency and Cook Islands Certificates of Proficiency – simply scan the QR code reflected on the certificate.
