STS Advanced Notification and Cargo Declaration
In compliance with MCI Circular 323/2025, all tankers must notify Maritime Cook Islands at least 48 hours prior to any scheduled Ship-to-Ship (STS) operations.
The person completing this form declares that
- The POAC is qualified in accordance with the qualifications detailed in the OCIMF Ship to Ship Transfer Guide for Petroleum, Chemicals and Liquefied Gases, Second Edition, 2025 and the IMO Manual on Oil Pollution, Section I, Prevention, 2011 Edition.
- The Cargo, voyage, and operational details provided herein are true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and that the vessel has not engaged in the carriage, transfer, or concealment of cargo in contravention of international sanctions, Maritime Cook Islands regulations, or IMO conventions.
- Any outstanding information shall be submitted to Maritime Cook Islands immediately after the STS.
- If the estimated time of arrival of a tanker at the location or area for the STS operations changes by more than six hours, the master, owner or agent of that oil tanker shall provide a revised estimated time of arrival to the Coastal State and MCI.
